Store Credit & Exchanges

Eligibility for Exchange:

Items must be exchanged within 7 days of purchase/delivery for exchange or store credit ONLY. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and with a proof of purchase, such as receipt or order confirmation.

Non-Exchangable Items: 

Sale items, clearance items, and special promotions are final sale and cannot be exchange.

Store Credit:

Store credit can only be used for future purchases at 828 Boutique. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. You will receive credit as soon as your items are approved and we will send you an email when it is done, gift cards will never expire!

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will provide a replacement or issue a store credit after evaluating the issue.

Exchange Process:

Please send back the items including proof of purchase within 7 days of the delivery date. You can select an alternative item of equal or greater value, the price difference must be paid at the time of the exchange. If you do not find a suitable item at the time of exchange, you will receive store credit for the value of the returned item.
